The Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations (ACOSVO) is a third sector organisation who's vision is to support excellent voluntary sector leadership in Scotland through our events, services and partnerships. ACOSVO s Members are the senior leaders (CEOs, Senior Managers and Chairs) of charity and voluntary organisations in Scotland. We support our Members at all stages in their role through our events and services. About the role The team at ACOSVO seek a Member Services Officer to deliver support with membership and carry out work which supports our Members and services. With guidance from the Development Manager you will undertake work to maintain and develop our member services and occasionally projects. Customer services skills are required as you will be communicating with our Members and other people and organisations. This is a fixed term role for 6 months, working 20 hours per week. The working location for this role is hybrid working from home or our workspace at Greyfriars Charteris Centre at Pleasance Edinburgh. There may be occasions when you will work at other locations within Edinburgh and the central belt and these times will be arranged in advance. We are happy to talk about flexible working such as location and when the hours are worked within our core hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Please note that this role is not suitable for less than 20 hours or as a job share.
