Membership Administrator
Primarily Home Based
12.64 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with an Edinburgh-based Charity on a part-time Membership Administrator role. This a primarily home-based position where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support to the organisation's members as well as helping with various administrative tasks.
If you are successful, you'll join a friendly team and provide a key role in supporting the organisation's work.
- 15 hours per week (The client is open to discussion on how this is spread out)
- Start date: 8th / 15th August
- Working arrangement: Mostly WFH with occasional face-to-face team meetings
Key responsibilities:
- Managing office and services mailboxes
- Providing responses to 1st line enquiries in a timely fashion
- Passing specific enquiries to relevant teams within the organisation
- Preparing and undertaking member service evaluations to ensure maximum member satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Supporting management with research and development to support organisational growth
- Conducting work on Salesforce including data cleansing and logging membership payments
- Working with Marketing and Communications to support with website edits and developments
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in an Administrative role
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Self-sufficient and the ability to undertake tasks with limited supervision
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in the Charity sector
- Previous experience working in Membership Services
