Full Job Description

The Senior Microsoft Strategic Alliances Coordinator is responsible for leading the management and optimization of our Microsoft Partner Centre designations, funding opportunities, and overall sales enablement initiatives. As a senior coordinator, you will play a strategic role in aligning Microsoft partnerships with business objectives, while driving growth through executive-level planning and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of high-value sales opportunities, funding programs, and be a key driver of partnership success, working closely with the leadership team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role involves cross-functional leadership, aligning partnerships with both sales and operational strategies, and ensuring our representation within the Microsoft Partner Centre supports long-term growth objectives., + Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft executives, coordinating high-level discussions on strategic alignment and funding opportunities
+ Work with leadership to develop long-term strategies for leveraging Microsoft Partner Centre benefits and ensuring our designations drive executive business goals
+ Lead strategic planning sessions with sales, finance, and business development teams to maximise the value of Microsoft partnerships and programs
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities through new Microsoft initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment
+ Oversee the management of high-priority sales pipelines, identifying strategic opportunities for leveraging Microsoft funding and incentives to support growth
+ Provide executive coaching and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to maximise Microsoft partner benefits, including co-marketing and co-selling initiatives
+ Lead the development of customised sales enablement plans, integrating Microsoft tools and resources to increase efficiency and boost revenue
+ Serve as an advisor to senior sales leaders, guiding decision-making on large-scale Microsoft opportunities, incentive use, and program eligibility
+ Provide regular, executive-level reports on the performance of Microsoft Partner Centre initiatives, including funding utilisation, certification status, and partnership success
+ Present insights and recommendations directly to the Partnerships Lead on how to optimize Microsoft benefits and incentives to drive growth
+ Lead the creation of detailed KPIs for tracking sales performance, funding usage, and designation success across the business
+ Conduct forecasting and budgeting sessions with the finance team to plan for upcoming Microsoft incentive windows, maximising financial returns
+ Lead cross-functional teams consisting of sales, finance, and operational leaders, ensuring alignment on Microsoft sales initiatives and driving success
+ Provide executive training sessions on Microsoft program updates, partner centre initiatives, and upcoming funding changes, ensuring senior teams are informed

+ Degree qualified in Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related field, or equivalent experience
+ Experience in a senior sales support or partnership alliance role, within the technology industry
+ Proven experience in leading sales support initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft Partner Centre
+ Demonstrable experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams, particularly around the maximising the use of Microsoft tools, incentives, and partner resources
+ Demonstrable experience in providing board report information on partner program performance
+ Success in developing long-term partnership strategies that leverage Microsoft programs to drive revenue growth
+ Advanced understanding of Microsoft funding structures, incentive programs, and rebate mechanisms, with a focus on strategic planning and financial analysis
+ Proven ability to achieve high-level business goals through Microsoft sales programs
+ Understanding and ability to take ownership in monitoring and driving key requirements in order to sustain Microsoft designations
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner Centre and related tools, with an emphasis on executive-level reporting and forecasting
+ Expertise in designing and implementing sales enablement strategies across large-scale teams
+ Proficiency in developing and delivering training and coaching presentations to support business objectives
