Full Job Description

We're looking for a talented and ambitious middle weight creative with a strong desire to grow their knowledge and experience. They'll be part of a team of krows who roll their sleeves up and get their heads down to solve client's problems. And with no unnecessary hierarchical layers of authority within the agency, they will get to take on lots of responsibility and client exposure. There will also be plenty of opportunities to work on new business and pitches.

  • A portfolio that shows you have a brilliant understanding of typography, layout, art direction and conceptual thinking.
  • Good knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential. Some animation skills would be beneficial.
  • An ability to work to a brief - You will be able to think of ideas that solve clients problems and be able to build this thinking into a cohesive presentation with a strong rationale to help sell your ideas.
  • A desire to improve your creative craft skills and keep up to date with the latest design trends both from within and outside the industry.
  • A collaborative nature - You'll enjoy working into the senior designer and creative leads, as well as with account teams to help structure presentations and sell our work., Disability Confident
