Full Job Description

We are looking for Admin Support for our Corps Monitoring Centre in Glasgow. You will be providing professional and timely service in respect of various operational and administrative tasks. You will be working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 10:00 - 14:00.,

  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders
  • Create and update contract information for invoicing
  • Set up new customers following Corps Monitoring processes
  • Support the Operation Teams in updating new sites and site information on internal systems
  • Liaise with Emergency Services to ensure accuracy of data for URN information
  • Manage the post
  • Any Adhoc duties as per management request

    Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Previous Finance Administration experience - desirable
  • Excellent IT proficiency e.g. Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
  • Good time management
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
