Title: Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £30k - £35k + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000 and above)

Location: Glasgow (G69)

Here you would be working with an award-winning brokerage in Glasgow, who currently has a vacancy for an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor.

This opportunity would be perfect if you're keen to be a bit busier, and be able to help more clients.

You'll have admin support as well, no need to be on hold with lenders for hours a day.

You will need experience for this one, advising for at least a year in broking or banking.

What will you be doing?

• Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
• Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protected
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journey
• Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish

About You:

• Ambitious, confident, and proactive
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• At least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage advice
• Full CeMAP or CII qualification or equivalent
