Our highly regarded and successful client is seeking a mortgage customer representative to join its busy and friendly team in Glasgow.

This award-winning mortgage company has a reputation for offering its customers world class service and its staff benefit from a positive and rewarding working environment where your career development is of utmost importance.

The successful candidate will support the advisers by contacting existing customers whose mortgage products are up for renewal, discussing their needs and suitable products on a non-advised basis then booking the advice appointments. You will also process applications, check files and liaise with product providers and solicitors.

There is also the opportunity to progress and become a mortgage adviser for those that want it and have performed well.

Our client is seeking outgoing, target-driven and organised individuals with mortgage, telesales and customer service experience. Excellent training is provided.
