Full Job Description

Van Driver (Multidrop)

  • Location: Paisley
  • Job Type: Temporary
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Pay: 13.72 per hour (PAYE), Weekly Pay

Reed Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Van Drivers to join our client's prestigious business during the busy run-up to Christmas. This temporary position involves making 70-90 drops per day to a mix of residential and business customers.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver goods to various locations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service at each point of delivery.
  • Conduct pre and post vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Update the Proof of Delivery (POD) system accurately after each drop.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years van driving experience.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge required.
  • Must be over 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
  • Maximum of 6 points; no endorsements such as DR, DD, CD, or IN.
