Your Role:

• Conduct routine electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot production lines and processes to minimize downtime.
• PCL Logic experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled machinery, handling and packaging equipment, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Communicate effectively with production teams, providing timely updates on breakdowns and downtime.
• Offer technical support for plant facilities and services, including compressed air, refrigeration, and steam.
• Perform Preventive & Predictive Maintenance routines, inspections, reports, and remedial actions.
• Monitor production line and machine performance closely, identifying and investigating faults and opportunities for improvement.
• Intervene online at points of failure and during performance reductions.
• Be proactive in fault detection, planning, communicating, and executing necessary remedial actions.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers on new installations and modifications.
• Utilize the maintenance management system (CMMS) proactively, recording all changes, transactions, and work performed.
