Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be carrying out the following activities:
1. SRCSO will provide admin support to the Security Projects & Risk Authority in their role as Security Projects & Risk Manager. This includes population of the Security Risk Management tools and databases, and ensuring that all Clyde Security Risk Databases on Sharepoint are kept up to date and reflect the Nuclear Security Regulator requirements.
2. Support the Counter-Intelligence Authority (CIA) in their role as Clyde Security Culture Lead.
3. Liaise with the Security Business Manager and carry out all procurement and purchasing activity for the Department, including preparation of Business Cases for Finance approval.
4. Following a programme of recruitment, SRCSO will liaise with the Space Planning Department and the Cyber team to ensure that the setup of Bld 1512 is as per the agreed submission, with all the required IT and furniture.
5. Although the CSyO is split into separate pillars, SRCSO must have a working knowledge of what is delivered by each Department within CSyO to ensure a good level of Administrative Support is provided.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
