Full Job Description
- Booking treatments and dermatology procedures
- Answering the phone and responding to email
- Facilitating a seamless patient journey
- Retailing product lines such as ZO skin health
- Assisting therapists together with the medical team and their diary, If you noticed a scheduling error that could potentially lead to double bookings or client dissatisfaction, what steps would you take to resolve it?

- In your view, how does the role of a receptionist contribute to the overall success of an aesthetic clinic?
As for our ideal candidate, we're seeking someone who is highly organised, has excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the aesthetic and medical industry. They should be polished, approachable, and articulate. This role is perfect for someone with a clinical or therapy background who enjoys administrative work, guest interaction, and fostering a welcoming environment., Knowledge of Phorest and HIS would be beneficial but are not essential. Training is provided on those systems. - Minimum good basic education
- Experience working in this role for similar prominent establishments would be helpful
- A personable individual with a positive demeanour
- Meticulous attention to detail, methodical, able to work in a very busy clinic and are able to prioritise effectively and be a very good communicator
- Excellent administrative skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office or MAC, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
