Midlothian Intensive Home Treatment Team and Substance Use Services

Applications are invited for the above post which will be based within the Joint mental health team and Substance Use Service within Midlothian No 11 Recovery Hub in Midlothian.

A formal post registration qualification or equivalent experience desirable.

The postholder will work closely with both teams and will be expected to work predominantly Monday to Friday 9-5.

This is an excellent opportunity to undertake the role of an Advanced Occupational Therapy Practitioner (AOTP), within the Substance Use Service (SUS) and the Intensive Home Treatment Team (IHTT), utilising high levels of autonomous decision making and clinical judgement, ensuring that patient health needs are met through the management of highly complex patients within SUS and IHTT including assessment, formulation, treatment, and review of planning processes in partnership with patients and families
