HOURS: 37 hours per week

                                                                                                       SALARY SCALE: £24,647 - £26,763 pro rata per annum

The eRostering Team implement HealthRoster, an RLDatix (Allocate) Software product.  This is an electronic rostering system which is being rolled out across NHS Lothian and has been for the past eight years.  Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.

We require further Data Assistants to join our team, primarily based at the Western General Hospital, to work 37 hours a week Monday Friday. Please note depending on office space then home or hybrid working may be required. The post holder will transfer data from HealthRoster to SSTS (electronic time and attendance system), providing a full range of data management: inputting, reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, and have good IT skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and databases with a high degree of speed and accuracy.  They will have good communication skills.
