1 x 37 hour post - permanent

1 x 18.5 hour post - fixed term for 17 weeks

Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

We are looking for dynamic forward thinking Physiotherapists to join our MSK Out Patient team. The successful post holder will be based in the Physiotherapy Out Patient department at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Experience in managing Orthopaedic Consultant referrals is essential and in the management of complex post-operative orthopaedic patients.  You should have excellent communication skills as well as strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.

The service is committed to improving patient management in their whole therapeutic journey and evolving the service to meet this goal therefore evidence of developing clinical services and staff is essential.

There will be a commitment to weekend working in the Trauma and Elective wards at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh as part of the 5 over 7 day working pattern.

Therapy Services support staff development through appraisal process, supervision and CPD opportunities.
