Full Job Description
- Manage the night shift workers and ensure all staff are fully trained.
- Making sure that the public areas are maintained, and events are prepared for.
- Completing regular security walks and floor checks
- Setting up continental breakfast
- Performing night audit on Opera computer system
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- Ensuring an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.
"This role requires a candidate with management or supervisory experience, particularly in the hotel and hospitality sector. Experience with Opera computer systems is a bonus. Previous experience and an SIA card are desirable, but we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate."
