Full Job Description

Reporting to the Night Manager & Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day/evenings to include the following.

  • Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact

  • Logging issues or requests

  • Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests

  • Completing administration tasks

  • Completing concierge services

  • Preparing room bills and taking payment

  • Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow

  • Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.

  • Assist in the running of the night shift tasks.

  • Breakfast set up to assist the breakfast team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all our guests.

  • Dealing with the security of the hotel at nights.

  • Experience of Hotel Nights/Reception or working with the General Public preferred.
