• Medication Management - Oversee the ordering, administration, and documentation of medication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.
• Lead and Coordinate - Ensure the team contributes to the smooth running of the home, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for staff and residents.
• Resident Support - Assist residents with personal care, prioritizing their dignity and independence in everything you do.
