- Asset surveys
- Water quality monitoring, sampling, investigations, and interventions At present we are looking for Technicians to join our Night Shift Sampling Team, working Monday to Thursday 10pm - 6am. The role is based in Stepps but will require travel across Scotland. About The Team: Our Team assess, diagnose, and determine the most appropriate solution to reduce leakage and fully support the delivery of regulatory targets and work to pinpoint leakage with a level of accuracy that delivers a great service for clients.,
- You will work as part of a two-person team, with an experienced Senior Technician, collecting samples on behalf of our client, Scottish Water.
- You will be operating from defined hydrants recording operations to report back to our client on water quality parameters.
Do you have a full driving license and preferably experience in the water industry with a background in water networks and water operations? Or keen to learn and start a career in the water industry?, A full UK driving license is required for this role. - You must be confident and enjoy working outdoors, sometimes in remote environments in all weathers.

- Competent IT skills as all data capture and progress reporting is electronic

This role may involve: - Moving heavy items including inspection chamber covers.
- Working in all weather conditions (this could include night work also).
- You may be required to work in confined spaces and on highways.
- Please note mandatory drugs and alcohol tests are undertaken for this role and a DBS check will be undertaken.
