Oversee and support the night team to deliver high-quality care
Provide training and guidance to develop staff skills
Ensure a safe and well-managed environment for residents and staff
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Unit Manager (SVQ3) to lead our night team and ensure the highest standard of care for our 62 residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for person-centred care, staff development, and continuous improvement., SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
Experience in elderly care and team leadership
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Contract: Full Time Salary: £16.00 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: Full Time, Competitive pay of £16.00 per hour
Full-time hours (7:45PM - 7:00AM)
Career progression, including SVQ4 training
Pension scheme and paid PVG
Uniform provided and onsite parking
5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
