Office Coordinator
FTC until September/October 2025
Edinburgh (Hybrid)
LHH is delighted to be supporting our public sector client that supports the arts, screen and creative industries across all parts of Scotland, as they seek to recruit an Office Coordinator.
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office in Edinburgh. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks related to office management, such as booking meeting rooms, managing mail, arranging couriers, and ordering stationery. You will also be responsible for booking travel and accommodation, monitoring desk usage, and managing car parking bookings.
Additionally, you will oversee office-based activities such as setting up passes for new staff members, facilitating contractor visits, and managing visitor notifications. You will play a key role in our office move project, which includes arranging orders for packing materials, overseeing the clear out of office spaces, listing furniture and equipment, identifying recycling options, and meeting with contractors.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in office administration or a similar role, who has a solid understanding of office management principles and practices. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
