What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as system expert for our internal application Emax, used for order processing which directly handles customer orders, quotes, and sales tracking.
  • Maintaining filing systems across our SharePoint platform
  • Processing and managing invoice files Integrated across the Emax system, which is adapted to our own company needs.
  • Learning and developing your product knowledge to empower you to respond to customer enquiries, handling reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Providing support to the sales team using Emax system.
  • Learn to utilise Excel to provide support for the accounts team in terms of inputting data and providing reports.

Salary:
Competitive salary starting at £15,000 – £16,000 annually, based on performance and willingness to learn and ability.

Working week: 9am - 5pm, 37.5hrs a week.
