Full Job Description

Our client, HR and Recruitment specialists within Aberdeen are expanding and looking for experienced Offshore Recruiters to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Duties:

Reviewing applications/CVs
Use job boards and social media to advertise for disciplines required
Coordinating personnel for offshore trips including logistics where required
Arranging and conducting interviews
Creating employment contracts
Updating the database with candidate availability and sourcing new candidates for projects
Build relationships with clients and candidates

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
