Full Job Description

Working for the largest employability charity in England and Wales the Operational Safeguarding Manager will support the management of high-quality, safe and effective services across the operational divisions. This role will work alongside designated safeguarding leads and the Group Safeguarding Lead to ensure that all colleagues and volunteers understand safeguarding risks and are able to respond accordingly. The Operational Safeguarding Manager will be instrumental in providing oversight, ensuring quality control, and offering coaching to support a robust and effective response to safeguarding matters.

We are seeking an experienced senior safeguarding professional with experience within a large organisation, with enhanced knowledge of the commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
