Location: Ness House, Inverness
Hours: 20 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term until 30 June 2025
Salary: £17,295 - £19,188 per annum

Job Purpose: This post is an integral part of the Property and Facilities Management Service and ensures effective, efficient and consistent processes and procedures are carried out in line with the Council’s HR Policies and Procedures.

This post is 20 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday (4 hours per day between 9am and 5pm). Actual times of duty can be discussed at interview.

Requirements

• Educated to HNC level and/or be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise
• ECDL or equivalent and proven experience in Microsoft office
• First Aid qualification/prepared to undergo training
• Valid Driving Licence
