Full Job Description

Our client, global providers of Oil & Gas equipment are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their established team on a full-time and permanent basis.


Role: Operations Administrator

Contract: Full-Time & Permanent

Location: Portlethen

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm 37.5 per week (Based full-time on site)

Duties:

  • Prepare invoices and shipment paperwork
  • Process inspection reports
  • Raise POs and liaise with suppliers
  • Work closely to support with Operations, Inspections and Workshop/Yard teams
  • Arrange collections from suppliers
  • Support with end of month invoicing
  • Filing/scanning
  • Answering telephone

Requirements: Previous experience within a similar role is essential to be considered for this position
