Full Job Description

Your role will involve building strong relationships with our stakeholders, key operational teams & vendors to ensure that our 3rd party engagements are compliant and are driving value from our supply chain.

  • Operationally support and take ownership of FGSP for individual business areas within the firm, building relationships with stakeholders and becoming an SME across the vendor landscape

  • Working in collaboration with Procurement and internal stakeholders in support of commercial and contractual negotiations and the identification of cost saving opportunities.

  • Supporting change management activities driven by the continued roll out of FGSP

  • Working with suppliers to navigate the tool, help resolve issues and provide training

  • Supporting the activities of the North South Europe project team with the continued roll out of SP across Europe

  • Driving and cultivating reporting and the production of meaningful vendor insights

  • Supporting continuous improvement activities, innovation processes and exploring new opportunities in order to achieve cost reduction, value and customer excellence outcomes

  • Providing analysis of vendor spend and service levels to drive insight and support Preferred Supplier List (PSL) additions, reviews and recommendations.

  • Prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Performance Management or Contract Management

  • Experience working with a Vendor Management System

  • Experience of working in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Experience of working effectively with large multifunctional teams

  • Ability to operate through large cross business and/or cross border teams.

  • A history of building long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders

  • Customer focus and a high level understanding of service delivery.

  • An ability to influence stakeholders on supply chain management and operational decisions to maximise value.

  • Ability to communicate and present best practice, data, insights and other findings effectively to stakeholders and our wider organisation.

  • Advanced analytical and problem solving/issue resolution skills.

  • Strong reporting skills

  • Advanced excel knowledge and experience

    Established as part of Vendor Management, the Fieldglass Services Procurement team are looking for an Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of engaging Vendors via the SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement (FGSP) tool. Through the tool, Deloitte manages and automates the engagement of third-party vendors providing people services under a statement of work (SoW) arrangement. As well as supporting the business to select, engage and manage 3rd party vendors you will also have a responsibility to drive adoption of SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement across the UK firm and support further roll out of the tool to North South Europe Deloitte.
