trading activity Role focused on minimising risk to the firm and its clients What you'll do: As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing Corporate Actions and ensuring the smooth running of trading activities during events. You will be responsible for safeguarding the firm and its clients from various risks associated with corporate actions. Your role will also involve developing and implementing process improvements aimed at minimising risk. Additionally, you will handle Corporate Action payments and manage any exceptions that arise, including matters related to Client Money. A key part of your role will be stakeholder management for impacted business areas. Manage Corporate Action, reconciliation, and monitoring of trading activity during events Protect the firm and its clients against financial, regulatory, franchise, market or operational risks associated with corporate actions Develop and implement process improvements to minimise risk Complete Corporate Action
payments and manage exceptions, including Client Money Manage stakeholders for impacted business areas What you bring: The ideal Operations Analyst candidate brings strong communication skills necessary for building relationships with external providers, clients, and the Business Unit. Has an understanding of escalation processes and is a proactive team player who actively promotes knowledge sharing.
