Full Job Description

The Operations Executive will lead operational support teams delivering first class staff, facility and technical solutions to in-house and independent programme makers. As part of the Operations management team the role will set and deliver strategic business objectives that maximise resource utilisation in tandem with staff training and development across Operations.,

  • Lead and manage operational support teams.

  • Deliver key financial objectives on staff and freelance utilisation.

  • Attract and retain multi-platform business.

  • Deliver strategic business objectives to Operations Management team.

  • Deliver training objectives.

    Experience of leading and managing teams

  • Knowledge of television and radio technology workflows

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Experience of working in a commercial environment

  • Ability to offer strategic solutions to meet changing business need.
