Full Job Description

  • Process Additional Permitted Subscription (APS) requests, ensuring assets and monies are correctly drawn down against allowance and all documentation is in place.
  • Complete Lifetime ISA Subscriptions as requested by Front Office.
  • Check validity and add ISA Marker to AVALOQ System, to allow ISA Subscriptions
  • Review control reports around ensuring validity of ISA Clients.
  • Review/respond to technical queries received from Front Office around over subscriptions, HMRC Regulations etc, liaise with other industry bodies as required
  • Individual is expected to gain a clear understanding of HMRC Regulations around the administration where we are acting as ISA Manager
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert ( SME) in relation to ISA Issues
  • Attend external meetings/sessions in relation to ISA Management & Industry Changes

    Gained , or agrees to work towards obtaining IOC qualification
