This is a 12 month secondment. The Position - Be responsible for the delivery of O&M Contracts and addition services identified ensuring main deliverable KPI's are met, financial margins are achieved and HSQE Compliance is adhered too. Maintain good engagement with the customers on scheduled meetings and reporting of operational activity aligned to expectations. Management of personnel in the delivery of the contract supporting their development and progression to align with the contractual and HSQE requirements. Ensure necessary supplies of tools, parts and equipment is available and in suitable for use ensuring efficient service delivery. Key Accountabilities - Meeting Contractual KPI's, HSQE compliance and
