Full Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you'll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! You'll be working alongside the Hotel Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests' expectations. We're looking for someone with key people skills, who is great at getting the best out of their team by giving them that get-up-and-go!,

  • Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team

  • Work alongside the Hotel Manager to devise new ways of moving the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in your hotel

  • Support with the delivery of new starter induction and "Guest Care" training, ensuring all team members are offering great hospitality to our brand standards

  • Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team!)

  • Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel

  • Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
