Operations Manager - Eurocentral
Salary - 45000 - 50000
Key Responsibilities include…
- Efficient running of the warehouse and organisation of staffing levels to ensure efficient loading and unloading and picking.
- To fulfil health and safety obligations and responsibilities under the company health and safety policy and report and investigate accidents including Insurance claims
- To manage training to ensure effective employee induction
- Arrange/Review maintenance of all capital equipment and site infrastructure
- Organize daily efficient and effective scheduling of loads to fulfil customer requirements
- Deal with driver HR issues and record/manage holidays and sickness
- Ensure full tachograph management requirements for download/upload and manage WTD
- Ensure/fulfil environmental (ISO 14001) depot objectives and continue to improve efficiencies
