Operations Manager - Eurocentral

Salary - 45000 - 50000

Key Responsibilities include…

Efficient running of the warehouse and organisation of staffing levels to ensure efficient loading and unloading and picking.
To fulfil health and safety obligations and responsibilities under the company health and safety policy and report and investigate accidents including Insurance claims
To manage training to ensure effective employee induction
Arrange/Review maintenance of all capital equipment and site infrastructure
Organize daily efficient and effective scheduling of loads to fulfil customer requirements
Deal with driver HR issues and record/manage holidays and sickness
Ensure full tachograph management requirements for download/upload and manage WTD
Ensure/fulfil environmental (ISO 14001) depot objectives and continue to improve efficiencies
