Safeguarding & Best Practice: Act as the portfolio's safeguarding lead and promote continuous improvement through self-audits and learning opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulators, and internal teams to drive service excellence.
Commercial Success: Monitor and enhance service performance, occupancy, and financial sustainability.

A proven leader with management experience in the social care sector.
