Full Job Description

  • Key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to renewable electricity generation.

  • Subject matter expert on electricity generation associated with renewable technologies.

  • Sets clear and transparent work objectives, milestones and success metrics at team and individual level to oversee and co-ordinate successful team outcomes.

  • Manage team performance and meet operational key performance indicators.

  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Review processes and procedures to improve performance and efficiencies.

  • Ensure monthly/annual output data submissions are accurately reviewed.

  • Engage with customers, consultants and participants, including answering complaints.

  • Demonstrates effective diversity and inclusive team management within their team and the wider organisation.

    Proven experience of leading teams to deliver target-based results, including experience in performance management of staff and teams (LEAD).

  • Experience of managing risk and controls.

  • Significant experience in robust decision-making.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage change and implement process improvements

  • Knowledge of government support for renewable generation technologies or similar.
