Full Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Performance Measurement Specialist who will support the Operations Performance Measurement team for Operations function at Group level in terms of assessment, design, development & communication., You will work with the Operations Performance Measurement team to design, develop and maintain the Operations Performance dashboard at Group level from an Industrial & Supply perspective. Your activities will consist of analyzing, tracking, updating and communicating KPI results on a daily basis.

You will support your team to ensure that the KPIs are clear and structured, focusing on the most relevant elements and key processes. One of your main responsibilities will be to assist in the continuous assessment of KPI consistency and alignment with business needs and arising discontinuities.

Ensuring the availability, reliability and transparency of KPIs will be part of your daily tasks, providing related quantitative information to support decision-making processes. In addition, you will take part in verifying the correct functioning of the KPIs dashboard, activating and monitoring any necessary maintenance actions.

You will bring your Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field together with around 2 years of experience gained in KPI analysis or similar roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be you key to succeed in this role, combined with the ability to interpret complex data and contribute to KPI tracking and reporting, with a focus on clarity and relevance. Continuous improvement mindset will make you the perfect fit to this role.

Fluency in English and a basic knowledge of Italian are essential.
