We are based in Livingston are looking to take on an Operations Support Apprentice to join our successful team. 

What will I be doing?

• Generating invoices on Xero to send to customers. 
• Use of Microsoft Office including Excel to produce and amend reports which are then sent to customers on Outlook. 
• Working to become a system expert on a new Fleet Management Software system which will help with booking rentals for customers as well as noting down invoice details and further management information such as claims, damages and length of rentals. 
• Responding to customer enquiries and ongoing rental bookings both over the phone whilst taking down notes online and sometimes in person. 
• Working out estimates and filling in booking sheets on the Fleet Management Software and also on Excel. 
• Sending over documents to customers using Docu-sign. 

What do I need to be successful? 

• Desire and willingness to expand on knowledge on internal systems
• Ability to work well both individually, and as part of team
• Good timekeeping
• A strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Confident in speaking to others

Salary: 
£15,000 per annum.

Working week:
37.5hrs a week. Monday to Thursday, from 9:30am - 4:30pm, and Friday is from 9:30am – 4pm.
