Operations Team Leader

As an operations team leader, you will lead the performance and development of the team to deliver agreed customer, financial, and operational performance targets in line with SME business strategy. You will be responsible for a team that delivers sales, service, and e-trading support via live chat, phone channels, and email to brokers.

You will be a talented leader and coach of people in an operational environment, driving improvements and leading others through change. You will effectively contribute to the achievement of the operational plan for operations in support of the SME business plan.

You will have experience managing a team and creating a culture of performance and pace within your team, focused on improving the customer experience and delivering financial results.
