Join our team on a high profile Oracle Fusion implementation for a renowned organisation. We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Reporting Lead to help us deliver on a major transformation project. Our Oracle Practice at Sopra Steria is dedicated to implementing and managing Oracle solutions for clients across diverse sectors. We specialise in Oracle applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure, focusing on Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and Oracle Cloud technologies. What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development of custom reports and dashboards using Oracle's suite of reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively for real-time business insights.
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understanding their unique needs to design reports and dashboards that are both actionable and aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all reporting solutions by optimising data queries, models, and structures, enhancing both speed and reliability.
  • Take ownership of the reporting landscape within the Oracle Cloud environment, continually improving existing reports and identifying opportunities to add value through enhanced data visualisations and analytics.
  • What you will bring:
  • Expertise in Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and in SQL.
  • Strong data modelling and analysis skills and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures, ensuring efficient and accurate report development.
  • Experience in designing performance optimised dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support decision making at all levels.
  • Able to work closely with both technical and non technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.
  • It would be great if you had:
