We have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and innovative individual to join the College and support the Strategic People Partner in the development and implementation of an Organisational Development framework which is fully aligned with the strategic aims and objectives of the College.
The postholder will provide specialist advice and guidance in the design and development of complex OD initiatives and improvements, to support the delivery of the College’s transformational agenda, with a particular focus on leadership and management development and digital and workforce transformation.
You will also provide expertise, advice and support in the development of innovative OD programmes, including through initiatives and internal working groups, to influence culture change and organisational improvement, which enhances staff engagement and satisfaction, whilst achieving performance excellence.
You will also be required to develop and establish positive key working relationships within the HR Services department and with wider college teams to develop and understand organisational performance, supported by effective workforce data and analysis, to identify trends and highlight areas of improvement.
A first level degree qualification and/or a professional organisational development qualification is essential, with evidence of continuing professional development. You will also have relevant and recent experience within an organisational development environment where you have been involved in the development of OD strategies, competency-based skills frameworks and workforce planning systems, to support organisational objectives and strategic priorities.
Please refer to the person specification for further details on essential and desirable requirements. Informal enquiries to Gillian Brown, Strategic People Partner.
