Full Job Description
Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading and Havant, Carry out day-to-day activities for delivery core functions including collation of resource and planning data, and MI
- Adhere to all reporting standards and instigate improvements where identified
- Provide support to managers in tracking the progress of all Operational Technology supply chain activities.
- Manage production and consolidation of reports, using appropriate templates and meeting all relevant deadlines
- Update and improve delivery methodologies, work instructions, policies, standards and procedures
Experience of working with third party suppliers
- Background in Portfolio Office functions, using collaborative skills in coaching others to complete required reports and managing reporting cycle on large projects; in particular for Agile delivery
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
- Project Cost Accounting fundamentals
- A solid understanding of IT products, services & systems

Salary: £41,583 - £48,296 and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
