Full Job Description
- Keeping an organized and updated finance document filing system.
- Review vendor invoice and payable entries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations.
- Accurately input and maintain financial data in an organized, easy-to-understand format.
- Assist in monitoring and preparation of monthly VAT and EWT summary.
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required.
- Prepare and file various tax forms and financial reports to regulatory authorities.

College level degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Understanding of financial rules, regulations, and policies
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of tax regulations and filing requirements is a plus
- Ability to distinguish inappropriate / unnecessary expenditures and take corrective action
