Full Job Description

  • Keeping an organized and updated finance document filing system.

  • Review vendor invoice and payable entries.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations.

  • Accurately input and maintain financial data in an organized, easy-to-understand format.

  • Assist in monitoring and preparation of monthly VAT and EWT summary.

  • Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required.

  • Prepare and file various tax forms and financial reports to regulatory authorities.

    College level degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Understanding of financial rules, regulations, and policies

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance teams

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Understanding of tax regulations and filing requirements is a plus

  • Ability to distinguish inappropriate / unnecessary expenditures and take corrective action
