Packhouse staff

Castleton Fruit is a highly successful soft fruit farm in Aberdeenshire. Soft fruits are grown on the farm for the retail trade throughout the UK season. Producing fresh, sweet fruit, it is packed in the purpose-built packhouse, ready for instant distribution to the depot.
We have several job opportunities including Packers, QC's, Line leaders and Dispatchers.
Applicants should be motivated, enthusiastic, have a keen eye for detail and have good communication skills with the ability to work in a team of multiple nationalities. Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to prove it (e.g., BRP,pre-settled/settled status, UK passport, etc.).
Experience is helpful but not essential as training will be given, more important is enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and a desire to progress.
We are looking to open this role to anyone who is interested and are offering both full-time and part-time hours as well as flexible working hours, when possible.
As long as you are upfront about your available time before starting work, we will be able to offer a level of flexibility and will try our best to work together to arrange shifts that suit you as well as fitting in with the current rotas.
This job will be available until the end of October, potentially slightly longer.

4. A strong communicator both within and outside the packhouse team. Able to develop productive working relationships with colleagues in other parts of the business.
Due to shift times and the remote location of the business, own transport is essential.
