About the Role:

As a skilled Vehicle Painter/Prepper, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Mixing paints to match exact vehicle colours and applying them using spray guns and other specialized equipment.
  • Ensuring that all paint jobs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines while delivering outstanding results.
  • Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and in line with safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Paint Technician or in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials.
  • Proficiency in using paint mixing systems and spray guns.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
