About the Role

As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and replacing vehicle panels using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
  • Conducting accurate assessments of vehicle damage and developing repair plans accordingly.
  • Working with precision to ensure seamless integration of new panels and parts.
  • Using your expertise to achieve high-quality repairs and finishes.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or a similar role in the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) would be advantageous.
