About the Role
As a Panel Beater with us, your key responsibilities will include:
- Expertly repairing and replacing vehicle panels using the latest techniques and equipment.
- Accurately assessing vehicle damage and devising effective repair plans.
- Ensuring seamless integration of new panels and parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Delivering high-quality repairs and finishes that consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and uphold our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in line with health and safety regulations.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar position within the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating and spray painting tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are a plus.
