Paralegal

As Paralegal, you will be expected to assist Senior team members on their property damage caseload.

You will be supported by our wider team which is also represented across Manchester and Bristol, and will have access to our blue chip client list, including many of the top 10 household and commercial insurer.

The role involves managing cases in accordance with departmental and client service standards, ensuring compliance with established protocols. Responsibilities include handling the technical aspects of cases under the guidance of senior team members and utilizing the case management system to track and update files. The successful candidate will work towards settling cases satisfactorily while adhering to strict deadlines. Additionally, maintaining and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have experience or a considerable interest in property damage and subrogated recovery cases. They should possess proven experience in a commercial environment and demonstrate the ability to meet strict deadlines while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Previous experience working in a Legal environment


• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines


• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully assess files and sensitive data


• Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
