Working with a dedicated administrator to ensure maintenance of FCA complaint records, effective management of client information on our systems and efficient progress of client related tasks.

Working as part of a team you will be looking out for opportunities to be useful, improving our service levels and making the overall process more efficient. You will then be required to operate as a responsible leader supporting other team members in fulfilling responsibilities.

  • Diploma in financial planning qualified or equivalent.

  • Able and willing to travel to the Canterbury office (CT2 7FG) regularly, at least once a week

  • Good communication and customer service skills - with clients and team members, written and verbal - it's worth mentioning that we believe our work is more about people than numbers. While you will need to be technically capable you will also need to enjoy building working relationships

  • Be confident in managing the client experience from start to finish, which includes new and existing clients

  • A responsible leader of the team following procedures which cross over company departments, sharing knowledge, and improving existing processes and efficiencies. This particularly is within the administration processes of the company, which includes training and motivating other team members

  • Able to satisfy regulatory and compliance standards of the FCA certification regime.

  • One of those people that make life easier by having a great can-do attitude and willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to help us achieve our mission.

Women's Wealth is changing things up with our female-focussed, entirely virtual, whilst completely personal, financial planning service. We are on a mission to empower women to create fabulous financial futures for themselves and their families.

The company is young and developing so you will need to be adaptable and enjoy being part of something new, exciting, busy and growing.

We are an FCA regulated independent financial advice firm which means we offer the highest level of client centred advice available in the UK. We love having the independence to deliver great client outcomes. When your target is happy, well served clients, it makes for a rewarding workplace.

We encourage a collaborative team approach where you get to know and work with colleagues to deliver great service. We look out for each other and rise up together as a team to deliver our mission. Do you fancy being part of that?
