Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh and Glasgow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients.
You will be responsible for preparing reports, conducting research, and managing client documentation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience in financial services looking to develop their career in paraplanning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
- Assist in preparing suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
- Conduct research on financial products and providers.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with product providers and clients to facilitate the financial planning process.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
About You:
- Experience in IFA or Paraplanning is essential for the role
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and financial planning software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
