Job Purpose: Civil Enforcement Officer to assist in overseeing traffic management as required by enforcing traffic regulation orders and keeping designated parking, waiting & loading areas clear for specific users. To ensure that the council’s off- street and on-street car parking facilities are operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

It is a requirement of your post that you will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively throughout the Highland Region in order to deliver the duties of your post.

Numeracy / literacy in order to issue parking notices, deal with cash collection (counting and banking by following set procedures).

Willingness to undergo training and personal development, changing to meet requirements of the role.
